ReString

Fueled for performance and driven by purpose, done differently.

ReString's mission is to focus on bringing excellent quality products to tennis players while consciously acknowledging the environmental impact mind.

Back in 2023, I had the privilege to work with restring alongside a couple of partners. We redesigned their tennis string packaging from monotonous packaging to something better for the planet. By focusing on sustainability, functionality, and brand-reflective sleekness, what was developed is not your typical tennis string packaging.

Mould Operandi

A testament to experimentation and iterative form-making.

What came as a final piece is a lantern characterized by its fusion of wood used as a structural and decorative element and the glass representing the deliberation of intentional form-making.

This lantern explores the dual role of wood as both a structural and decorative element, while embracing stacking as a fundamental design and construction technique. It finds harmony between the spontaneity and authenticity of craft—reminiscent of processes like glassblowing—and the precision, geometry, and deliberation of intentional form-making.

a low foldable living room table made fully out of 1 x 1m plastic panel

inspired from our values of incorporating eco-friendly material that influences users to interact with the object in an elegant manner

the entire panel is able to be folded to construct the table by sliding the wood to maintain its structure
